A LITTLE LOCAL CONTEXT
A nearly full-day Pacific gap is easy to misread
Honolulu is at UTC−10:00 in both examples. Tokyo is nineteen hours ahead, while Auckland is twenty-three hours ahead in January and twenty-two in July. A small-looking difference between clock-face hours can hide a different calendar day across these comparisons.
Los Angeles is two hours ahead of Honolulu in January and three in July. Keep Pacific/Honolulu as the destination zone and carry the complete date into the converter. The two examples give orientation, while the chosen appointment date determines the final result.
