Clarity about the time you see
The status beside the clock tells you which time source is in use. When the display follows your device clock, it says so. When daylight saving makes a local time occur twice, the converter asks which occurrence you mean.
Our city and time-zone information draws on GeoNames and the IANA time-zone database. The data-sources page explains those sources and their versions. Browser timers and stopwatches are everyday tools; sound may not play while a device is asleep or a browser is closed.
Your tools, your settings
You can use Clock.live without creating an account. Display preferences and saved tool sessions stay in your browser. A shared board link contains its city and schedule settings, so anyone with the link can read them.
Opening someone else’s board lets you explore it before choosing whether to replace your saved board. Use the help library for practical guidance on sharing, daylight-saving changes and recovering a timer or stopwatch session.
